Bird Photography in Flow
A Relaxed 2-Hour Workshop (Flow Series)
Slow down. Notice more. Capture better moments.
Join me for a small-group bird photography session designed to help you get into the flow of observing and photographing wildlife.
This workshop is about learning how to pause, watch, anticipate, and then take photos that feel more natural and intentional.
What is the Flow Series?
The Flow Series is a collection of small, guided photography sessions focused on slowing down and connecting more deeply with both your subject and your surroundings.
In this session, we’ll use birds and the lakeside environment to explore a calmer, more focused approach to photography.
What you’ll get from this session
- A clearer understanding of how to anticipate bird behaviour
- Practical help with camera settings for wildlife
- Techniques for capturing sharper, more natural images
- A more relaxed, focused approach to photography
- Time to actually enjoy the process, not just chase shots

How the session works
We’ll move at an unhurried pace around the lake, stopping regularly to observe and photograph.
There’ll be a balance of:
- Light guidance and facilitation
- Hands-on photography tips
- Space to experiment and find your rhythm
You’ll get support when you need it, but also time to get into your own flow.
Small group, better experience
This session is limited to just 6 people, so there’s plenty of time for individual guidance without it feeling crowded or rushed.
