Breathe. See. Create
You know how it feels when the world is rushing by, and all you want is a quiet moment to just be? A space where the noise of living softens, and you can breathe a little deeper. Where creativity comes gently knocking, no pressure, no expectations, just a quiet unfolding.
Mindful photography offers that kind of pause: an invitation to see with fresh eyes, to notice small, beautiful moments, and to reconnect with the calm within.
Here, it’s not about perfect pictures: it’s about finding stillness and light in your own way.

Kind words
From me to you...
Welcome to this space. I’m Claire, and I’ve worked as a professional photographer in Cornwall for over 20 years but, lately, I’ve felt a shift. Perhaps you’ve felt this too?
Like many of the people I work with, I’ve been craving something slower, more spacious. A way to reconnect with my creativity. Not to capture, but to create.
That’s where mindful photography comes in. It’s helped me see differently, breathe more deeply, and feel more present, both behind the camera and in my everyday life.
I’ve trained with Ruth at LookAgain on her Working with Mindfulness Photography course and draw on her beautiful, grounded methodology in my sessions.
Stillness and Light is a space I’ve created for us, for those of us who are ready to gently return to ourselves through the lens. And I hope to see you on the journey.
